Terms and Conditions

Tropical Sails Corp act only as agent for the suppliers of tours, accommodations, food and other goods and services provided to the participant. All arrangements to transport, accommodate and other services are made upon the express conditions that Tropical Sails Corp and its agents shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect consequential or incidental damage, injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity of any kind occasioned by reason or any act or omission beyond its control, including without limitation, any act or negligence or breach of contract by any third party, such as airline, cruise line, hotel, ground handler, etc., who is to or does supply any good or service to the tour. Itinerary and schedule is subject to he Captain’s or leader discretion, wind, weather and/or road conditions.  Traveler’s Accident, Cancellation and Trip Interruption Insurance is available from Tropical Sails Corp. Tropical Sails Corp is not responsible for losses due to any event normally covered by travel insurance

Planning fees.

Tropical Sails Corp may charge a planning fee for Independent travel.  Planning fees are required for private tours, weddings or any service that takes more than 15 minutes.

Planning fees for FIT travel to China and elsewhere is $200 payable in advance by PayPal. The fee will be refunded on bookings of $5000 or more.

Airline ticketing is $25 per ticket for domestic flights and $50 per ticket for international flights.

$100 planning for for groups on cruises.  Airline quotes are $10 payable in advance on Pay Pal.

Travel Insurance

Tropical Sails Corp offers travel, accident and cancellation insurance for unforeseen events. Covered are cancellation for named reasons, medical and hospitalization, flying home is sick and baggage or long flight delays. Click on link for a quick quote.

Airline Seating Explained

At Tropical Sails Corp, understanding flight classes can enhance your travel experience. Business class offers luxurious amenities and priority boarding, while premium economy provides extra legroom and upgraded meals for a more comfortable journey. Comfort class balances a cozy experience with reasonable pricing, and basic economy is your no-frills option for budget-savvy travelers. Comfort class and basic economy may involve bag fees and seat selection fees.
