Seven Churches of Revelation Sailing Cruise Turkey & Greece
How do I see the Seven Churches of Revelation without spending a week on a stinking bus? Most Turkey Seven Churches of Revelation tours bring you to Izmir and put you on a bus for the better part of a week. We at Tropical Sails have been exploring Turkey by sea for several years now. We bring you to Istanbul, because from the USA it is the only practical way to get you there. Flights to the lower ports are ofter charter flights and seasonal flights from airlines not partnered with American overseas carriers.
So we visit Istanbul, hop on a short flight to Izmir. And since Izmir’s airport is way north of Izmir we take you to Pergaman, drive by Alexandar Troas and Syrma on to your yacht in Kusadashi Harbour. The next two days we have to tour by bus, so we head inland and see the balance of the Seven Churches of Revelation including the spa town of Pamukkale. The balance of the two week tour is spent sailing down the coast to Bodrum or Mamaris. Some groups push on to Fethiye or Gocek. Greek Isles, as presented below add to the cost due to Greek taxes and that fact that yachts are limited to 12 passengers vs 14 to 16.
