Day 01:  Transfer to Shanghai Airport fly to Kunming   D
Arrive in Kunming, the origin of China-Burma Road, which played an important role for China’s victory in World War II. Our Chinese representative will welcome you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel for check-in. Have a welcome dinner in the evening.

Day 02: Kunming   B/L
Today we will go to Jiaoye Park (suburb park, visit Hump Monument, a memorial honoring those American pilots who flew over Himalaya and died in World War II. Then we will visit the Bamboo Temple which is a Mahayana Monastery. Set in the tranquil hills just outside Kunming, this complex dates back to the Tang Dynasty. It is famous for its 500 life sized carved Arhats or disciples of Buddha. After lunch, we will set out for Flying Tiger Museum which is in memory of a bunch of American young pilots flying voluntarily from USA to China with the Disney Painting on their planes, helped a lot in the anti-Japanese war for the Chinese and defensed a lot of booming attack from the Japanese on the border of Yunnan and Myanmar under the leading of a great and arrogant general- Clair Lee Chennault. After that we will visit the Golden Temple which is the China largest bronze temple built in 1672 .

Day 03: Kunming – Stone Forest   B/L
Leave Kunming in the morning and drive to Stone Forest. An 80 ha site of fantastic limestone formations created during the Permian Era when the sea covered this area. Shilin is in the World Heritage List and managed by the traditional owners the Yi people. It is famous in China and unique in the world. We are planning to visit the Stone Forest for 2.5 hours. Today's lunch is the Yunnan local flavour Yiliang Roast Duck.

Day 04: Kunming – Tengchong   B/L
Fly to Tengchong, meet the local guide and sightseeing begin with visit Heshun Township - Homeplace of Overseas Chinese. Heshun Village is one of the most beautiful villages in China with its impressive library of over 70,000 books, well preserved houses and courtyards. In the afternoon take a visit at Graveyard of the National Heroes which is a total of 3346 ranked and anonymous soldiers are buried in the National Martyrs Cemetery, who died in World War II. Then we will visit the World War II Museum in Heshun Old Town. The museum is the first and biggest one in Yunnan Province with a lot of war relics collected from the civil, among which, there are relics of Japanese, American and allied forces.

Day 05: Tengchong   B/L
After breakfast, visit cemetery on memorial, 1 km southwest of Tengchong County. It was built honoring officers and soldiers of China Expeditionary Force who was killed in Anti-Japanese War. With museums, relics and graves of 24 American soldiers who devoted their lives for China in western Yunnan battlefield, the cemetery is now the largest and best preserved cemetery for warriors killed at frontline during WW II in China. Later, we tour this spectacular and different part of China featuring volcanoes, hot springs and geysers. Tengchong is one of China's three major geothermal areas, known as "Land Abounding in Geothermal Resources". There are plenty of springs of hot water and hot vapour, called "Hot Sea". There are quite a number of hot fields as well. Tengchong is a resort where people can travel, take a bath and have medical treatment. The Hot Sea, with an area of 9 square kilometers, lies 20 kilometers away southwest of the county seat and in the center of the geothermal area. There are over 80 springs of hot water and hot vapour, of which there are 14 spring whose temperature reaches 90℃. Next to Tengchong Beihai (North Sea) Wetland Reserve, located in the northwest to the county, 12.5 kilometers from the city, is the only national wetland protection zones in Yunnan Province. It has highly eco-tourism and scientific exploration value. The broad expanse of paddyfields and lakes, bamboo-made bridges and little boats sliding along the river create a quiet and peaceful scene.

Day 06: Tengchong – Ruili   B/L
Drive southwest along Stilwell Road which was built in memory of General Joseph Stilwell by Chinese army in 1944. The road was an earthen road but now an expressway. Then we will arrive at the border town of Ruili, formerly famous as an opium trading centre, but now as a jade centre. Visit the border trading market, Dai minority village and several Dai style temples and pagodas.

Day 07: Ruili – Lashio   B/L
Cross the border and meet our Myanmar guide on the other side driving towards Lashio, the terminus of China-Burma Road built since 1938. Lunch is taken at a local restaurant. Arrive in Lashio in the afternoon. Visit a typical village of the Palaung ethnic minority. You will have an opportunity to get an insight to the culture of the Palaung people and learn more of their life style and society.

Day 08: Lashio – Maymyo – Mandalay   B/L
After breakfast, stroll through the busy local market where modern gadgets as well as local produce can be found. Continue to Quan Yin San, one of the largest Chinese temples in Myanmar that bears testimony to Lashio’s thriving Chinese community. A scenic drive (190 km - 6 hour) will take you to the former British hill station of PYIN OO LWIN (Maymyo), a delightful small town of colonial-style buildings, markets, and a botanical garden.

Day 09: Mandalay – Shwe Nan Daw Kyaung   B/L
Drive to Amarapura then the Taungthaman Lake and visit Mahamuni pagoda, Mandalay's most fabled religious monument. Continue to Shwe Nan Daw Kyaung to see a superb traditional wooden building and Kuthodaw Pagoda engraved with Buddhist scriptures.

Day 10: Mandalay – R.V PAUKAN 2007 Irrawaddy River   B/L
After breakfast, to R.V Paukan 2007 for river journey to BAGAN. Visit of the Mingun Pagoda Complex.

Day 11: R.V PAUKAN 2007   B/L
Early in the morning cruise downstream. Enjoy the sunrise over Sagaing Hill. After breakfast passengers can go ashore to visit Sagaing. In the afternoon stop at Yandabo where the peace treaty of the First Anglo-Burmese war was signed on Feb. 24, 1826. Cruise all day and moor O/N near a river village.

Day 12: R.V PAUKAN 2007 – Bagan   B/L
Early in the morning proceed down river to Bagan. After breakfast (if time permits) visit another typical river village. Enjoy the sunrise near Bagan. Passengers will disembark near Wetk Yi-Inn Village 4 km. north of Old Bagan. After disembarkation, transfer to your hotel for check-in. Many highlights including Manuha Temple and Myingaba Gu Byauk Gyi Temple, a Mon-style temple renowned for its fine frescoes, preserved by UNESCO. A visit to Bupaya on the bank of Ayeyarwaddy River, a perfect spot to enjoy a magnificent sunset, will conclude the day.

Day 13: Bagan – Heho – Inle Lake   B/L
After breakfast, fly to Heho. Upon arrival, drive to Nyaung Shwe and then boat to your hotel. After check-in, start your exploration of Inle Lake with a boat excursion.

Day 14: Inle Lake   B/L
Breakfast at the hotel. Today to Maing Tauk Village on the eastern shore of the lake. By boat to a local restaurant built on stilts over the lake for lunch. In the afternoon to the Western shore of Inle Lake to a path leading to the hidden Inn Thein Pagoda complex.

Day 15: Inle Lake – Heho –Yangon   B/L/D
After breakfast, fly to Yangon. On arrival, see the Sule Pagoda, in the heart of Yangon. Take a short walking tour of the Bo Gyoke Aung San Market. Many beautiful buildings the day ends at Shwedagon Pagoda, one of the most spectacular religious monuments in the world, surrounded by an array of temples, shrines and pavilions. Enjoy farewell dinner.

Transfer to Yangon International Airport for departure international flight.
