Tropical Sails Corp has teamed with China Panorama Travel and China Kindness Tours to offer truely unique off the beaten track tours of China and Southeast Asia. China Panorama Travel has continuously being ahead of the curve offering China tours in remote, unique areas before the Chinese and others discover them. They are the only tour operator offering cruises on the upper Mekong between China and the Golden Triangle.
Recently, the company had a group of Flying Tiger veterans who wanted an "over the hump" tour. China Panorama designed the tour and now offers the China Burma Road tour. China Kindness Tours organized a silk road tour for Tropical Sails Corp and now routinely offer that tour. China Kindness Tours offers the standard fare of China Tours. On the Mekong, China Panorama Travel is the only tour operator offering cruises on the upper Mekong. Often clients wish to tour remote Yunnan Province with Shangrila, Dali and Lijiang and then transfer for a week on the Mekong eventually returning home via Bangkok. |

We are often asked about the very cheap tours clients see advertised. These are shopping tours and are subsidized by stores on the tours. The shopping opprotunities are seldon disclosed on the itinerary. On our tours we eliminated many, if not all the shopping stops clients find annoying. An hour stop at a carpet factory usually turns into two hours and wastes your time. We find clients love the Chinese discount stores, which do not pay your guides commissions. We would rather have the guides work for you and not the stores. You may tip the guides accordingly on the trip. |
